Motor Sich, Ukrnafta, three more enterprises transferred to Defense Ministry – Danilov

The relevant statement was made by National Security and Defense Council of Ukraine (NSDC) Secretary Oleksiy Danilov at a briefing, an Ukrinform correspondent reports.

“In accordance with the decision taken by the Supreme Commander-in-Chief Headquarters and due to the military necessity, on November 6, 2022, five enterprises were alienated: Motor Sich, Zaporizhtransformator, AvtoKrAZ, Ukrnafta and Ukrtatnafta. The seized assets acquired the status of military property, and their management was transferred to the Ukrainian Defense Ministry,” Danilov said.

In his words, after martial law ends, these assets may be returned to their owners, or their value can be reimbursed.
