Today's explosions near the town of Dzhankoi in Russian-occupied Crimea are the demilitarization of the peninsula.

Mykhailo Podolyak, an adviser to the head of the President's Office, said this on Twitter, Ukrinform reports.

"Morning near Dzhankoi began with explosions. A reminder: Crimea of normal country is about the Black Sea, mountains, recreation and tourism, but Crimea occupied by Russians is about warehouses explosions and high risk of death for invaders and thieves. Demilitarization in action," Podolyak said.

Early on August 16, explosions rang out in the Dzhankoi district of Russian-occupied Crimea. The head of the Mejlis of the Crimean Tatar people, Refat Chubarov, said that the invaders' ammunition warehouse had been struck.
