The Ministry of Economy of Ukraine called on leading global IT companies to freeze all transactions and agreements with Russia and stop providing any services to the aggressor country.

As the press service of the Ministry of Economy reports, Ukraine needs such support to stop information and technological attacks by the Russian Federation.

“Russia needs these high-quality products and services, equipment and software produced by these companies to continue the war.

In particular, many channels on Telegram and YouTube, Facebook groups and Instagram profiles have been created to spread disinformation among Ukrainians, Russians, and the world. Russians use these channels to find out important information about the positions of the Armed Forces of Ukraine and share it to indicate the goals of future air strikes," reads the statement.

Several international technology companies have already expressed their support for Ukraine. In particular, founder of SpaceX and PayPal Elon Musk announced he would send Starlink satellite terminals and activate access to the service in Ukraine.

(Google, YouTube), Meta Platforms Inc (Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp), Microsoft Corporation, Intel Corporation, Cisco Systems Inc, SAP Inc., Honeywell International Inc, NVIDIA Corporation, Robert Bosch GmbH, Apple Inc., SAS Institute Inc. , Ingram Micro Distribution GmbH, Teradata Corp, HP Inc., Hewlett Packard Enterprise, Dell Technologies Inc., VMware Inc., Siemens AG (Siemens Digital Industries Software), Autodesk Inc., Adobe Systems Incorporated, Diebold Nixdorf Inc., Citrix Systems Inc., Check Point Software Technologies Ltd., Bentley Systems Inc.
