President Volodymyr Zelensky announced this on his Twitter account, according to Ukrinform.

"I welcome the signing of a memorandum between NNEGC Energoatom and Westinghouse Electric on the joint construction of a power unit of the Khmelnytskyi NPP as a pilot project and then four more power units based on their technology. The total cost of the project is up to $30 billion," he wrote.
