Revenues from tourist tax payments grow threefold in Kherson region in June

In June 2021, Kherson region received UAH 250,000 in tourist tax payments, which is three time more than in the same period year, according to the Main Department of the State Tax Service in Kherson region, the Autonomous Republic of Crimea and the city of Sevastopol.

"Over the first month of summer, tourists replenished the budgets of Kherson region with UAH 250,000, which is a threefold increase compared with June last year," reads the report.

In January-June 2021, Kherson region received UAH 792,500 in tourist tax payments. As compared to the same period last year, the amount paid rose by UAH 252,300 or 46.7%. In particular, budgets of the region received UAH 379,100 in tourist tax payments from business entities - enterprises and UAH 413,400 from citizens
