State budget’s general fund received UAH 506B in H1 2021 – Finance Ministry

“The general fund of the state budget for the first half of 2021 received UAH 505.9 billion or 104.9% of the target for the reporting period (+UAH 23.7 billion). Revenues from payments controlled by the State Tax Service amounted to UAH 291.0 billion, the target for January-June was fulfilled by 106.2% (+ UAH 17.0 billion), the State Customs Service - UAH 174.6 billion, the target fulfilled by 104.8% (+8.0 billion UAH),” reads the report.  

In June 2021, the general fund of the state budget received UAH 84.9 billion. The monthly target was exceeded by 6.9% (+ UAH 5.5 billion). Revenues from payments from the State Tax Service amounted to UAH 50.8 billion or 106.1% of the June schedule (+UAH 2.9 billion). Revenues to the general fund of the state budget from customs payments amounted to UAH 31.3 billion or 109.4% of the June schedule (+UAH 2.7 billion). Of the total revenues, UAH 29.0 billion came in the form of value added tax and UAH 2.1 billion - import duties.

In January-June 2021, revenues from the single contribution for compulsory state social insurance to the Pension Fund and social insurance funds amounted to UAH 165.0 billion, which is UAH 7.0 billion higher than the expected (planned) indicators of the State Tax Service for the corresponding period. Of this amount, UAH 32.2 billion was transferred in June (+UAH 2.3 billion).

In January-June 2021, the deficit of the state budget reached UAH 50.4 billion, including the deficit of the general fund - at UAH 49.8 billion.

As reported, in January-May 2021, the general fund of the state budget received UAH 421.0 billion, which is 104.5% of the target for this period.
