The National Bank of Ukraine (NBU) and representatives of the UK’s All-Party Parliamentary Group on Ukraine discussed the stabilization of the Ukrainian economy after the coronavirus crisis, the initiative to create a specialized financial court, the development of green finance, and the digitalization of the Ukrainian economy.

NBU Governor Kyrylo Shevchenko wrote about this on his Facebook page.

"Yesterday I met with representatives of the All-Party Parliamentary Group on Ukraine led by Mark Pritchard. We discussed the stabilization of the Ukrainian economy after the coronavirus crisis, the initiative to create a specialized financial court, the development of green finance, and the digitalization of the Ukrainian economy. We also paid attention to expanding cooperation with London Stock Exchange," Shevchenko wrote.

He stressed that international partners had assured of Ukraine's support and expressed hope for close cooperation with the Government, the Verkhovna Rada, and the National Bank of Ukraine in the coming years.

"I thank Mark Pritchard and his colleagues for the meeting. For thirty years since our independence, the United Kingdom has been a respected partner of Ukraine. The National Bank also maintains close cooperation with British government agencies and business institutions," he said.
