Ambassador announces China's participation in infrastructure projects in Ukraine

Ambassador of the People's Republic of China to Ukraine Fan Xianrong made a corresponding statement at a press conference dedicated to the 10th anniversary of the strategic partnership between the People’s Republic of China and Ukraine, an Ukrinform correspondent reports.

The diplomat noted that China had implemented many infrastructure projects in different countries of the world but, according to him, the advantages of Chinese enterprises in this area and the readiness of China to make a greater contribution to the development of Ukraine's infrastructure "have not been very evident yet."

"We and your government are now working to do more. I think that you will see the result of these efforts in a couple of days – we will sign something good, it will be a new form of Chinese participation in the construction of infrastructure in Ukraine," Fan Xianrong said.

According to him, China ranks first in the world in many aspects of infrastructure development and has the capabilities, technologies, and very rich experience to implement infrastructure projects in Ukraine.
