The Cabinet of Ministers has launched a dialogue with international partners to relaunch corporate governance reform.

Prime Minister Denys Shmyhal said this during the online event "Investment Climate in Post-Pandemic Ukraine", Ukrinform reports with reference to the Government portal.

"Corporate reform is very important for those companies that cannot be privatized and remain in state ownership. In some companies, the reform has yielded positive results, whereas in some companies – it has not yet. Therefore, this is a priority, and we will continue the corporate governance reform,” Shmyhal stressed.

He noted that the government has launched a dialogue on the actual relaunch of the reform, which is taking place in cooperation with international partners.

As reported, the Economy Ministry stated that a bill is being developed to improve the corporate governance of legal entities whose shareholder is the state.
