Boiko appointed Ukraine's acting energy minister

The Cabinet of Ministers has appointed Deputy Energy Minister Yurii Boiko as Ukraine's acting energy minister, according to the government's website.

Boiko had already served as acting energy minister from November 21 to December 21, 2020. He has been working as deputy energy minister since May last year.

As was reported earlier, the Cabinet of Ministers dismissed Andriy Kobolyev as CEO of NJSC Naftogaz of Ukraine, appointing Yuriy Vitrenko as the company's new chairman of the board.
