Deposit Guarantee Fund accumulated UAH 14.8B

The Deposit Guarantee Fund of Ukraine accumulated UAH 14.835 billion as of April 1, 2021, the Fund’s press service reported.
"The total amount of funds accumulated by the Fund amounted to UAH 14,835.4 million as of April 1, 2021. Revenues from regular fees transferred to the Fund in January-March 2021 came to UAH 1,113.6 million," reads the report.
In March 2021, depositors of insolvent banks received UAH 34.4 million within the guaranteed refund program. In total, in January-March 2021, depositors received UAH 319.7 million within the guaranteed refund program.
As of April 1, 2021, the total sum of guaranteed refunds paid to the depositors of insolvent banks, transferred to the management of the Fund in line with the Law of Ukraine “On the system of guaranteeing deposits of individuals” (as of February 26, 2012), was UAH 90.451 billion.
