President's Office forecasts 5.1% GDP growth

Ukraine’s gross domestic product (GDP) is expected to reach 5.1% in 2021, Deputy Head of the Office of the President of Ukraine Yulia Svyrydenko has said.
"In 2021, we expect a 5.1% GDP growth," Svyrydenko told reporters during the All-Ukrainian Forum "Ukraine 30. Small and Medium-Sized Business and the State" on March 17, an Ukrinform correspondent reports.
She added that in order to achieve economic growth, appropriate fiscal and monetary measures should be adopted.
According to Svyrydenko, annual economic growth of 1-2% requires additional investments in the economy at the level of USD 3 billion.
As Ukrinform reported, Ukraine's GDP decreased by 4.2% in 2020.
