Fedorov says Stripe payment system will be available in Ukraine

Deputy Prime Minister, Minister of Digital Transformation of Ukraine Mykhailo Fedorov has announced that Stripe payment system will soon enter the Ukrainian market.
"Stripe will definitely be available in Ukraine. Negotiations are underway," the minister said during a talk with citizens in a live broadcast, an Ukrinform correspondent reported.
According to him, the Ministry of Digital Transformation is also working to start the process of negotiations on the launch of PayPal payment system in Ukraine.
"PayPal needs to enter Ukraine. I think we will definitely achieve this," Fedorov said.
Stripe is an online payment platform that supports processing charges in multiple currencies. The service operates in the EU, Australia, USA, Canada, Japan, Hong Kong, Malaysia, Mexico, New Zealand, Norway, Singapore, Switzerland and the United Kingdom.
