PM Shmyhal: Special conditions for investment in Donbas should be created

It is important to create special economic and legal conditions for investment to ensure the economic development of Donetsk and Luhansk regions and the reintegration of the temporarily occupied territories of Ukraine.
"The implementation of incentive mechanisms that will create special economic and legal conditions for investment, including the widespread use of public-private partnership mechanisms, creation and development of industrial parks with a special regime of innovation and investment activity, is an important component for economic development of both controlled areas and reintegration of the temporarily occupied territories," Prime Minister of Ukraine Denys Shmyhal posted on Facebook.
Shmyhal added that it is a question of creating an attractive image of territories, which are the basis for the development of both business and self-fulfillment of ordinary people.
