Ukrgasvydobuvannya transfers UAH 712M of rent payments to local budgets

JSC Ukrgasvydobuvannya transferred more than UAH 712 million of rent payments to local budgets in January-November 2020, the company’s press service reported.
“In January-November 2020, JSC Ukrgasvydobuvannya directed UAH 712 million of rent payments to local budgets in regions where the company produces hydrocarbons,” reads the report.
The company reported that that the consolidated budget of Ukraine will receive more than UAH 14.2 billion of rent payments from Ukrgasvydobuvannya for 11 months of 2020. 5% of rent payments, which is UAH 712 million, will be transferred to budgets of various levels in 12 regions. About 90% of these funds are concentrated in two gas-producing regions - Kharkiv and Poltava regions.
The amount of rent payments is calculated in accordance with the selling price of natural gas of JSC Ukrgasvydobuvannya in favor of NJSC Naftogaz of Ukraine.
