Naftogaz: Gas price for population in December to remain the same

“The price for our clients in December will remain at the level of November and will amount to: UAH 6.33 per cubic meter including VAT under the Monthly tariff, UAH 6.45 per cubic meter including VAT under the Annual tariff, excluding costs for distribution. After all, people pay regional gas companies for gas delivery,” reads the report.

Prices will remain at the November level due to the European conjuncture, rather warm weather and the fact that the wholesale gas price has not changed.

The market share of Naftogaz is approximately 2.5%.

As reported by Ukrinform, in November 2020, the wholesale price of natural gas for the population, heat producers and other protected consumers receiving gas from Naftogaz of Ukraine under the terms of public service obligations (PSO) amounts to UAH 5,375.37 per 1,000 cubic meters, which is UAH 1.27 more than in October.
