Ukraine, Qatar agree to promote amber culture

Representatives of Ukraine and Qatar signed a memorandum of understanding between the Ukrainian Amber World Association and Katara Cultural Village in Doha.
This was reported by the press service of the Ukrainian Embassy in the State of Qatar on Nov. 18.
"The memorandum defines the areas of cooperation between the parties in order to promote amber culture, history and contemporary design, as well as bilateral cooperation in this sphere," the report reads.
The signing ceremony was attended by Ukraine’s Ambassador to the State of Qatar Andrii Kuzmenko, General Manager of Katara Cultural Village Khalid Al-Sulaiti, and Chairperson of the Qatar-Ukraine Business Forum (QUBF) Olga Revina.
