Zelensky calls on Polish business to join privatization and infrastructure projects

President Volodymyr Zelensky has called on Polish investors to join privatization and implementation of infrastructure projects in Ukraine.

"I urge Polish business to invest more actively in Ukraine's economy and participate in the privatization process," Zelensky said at the Ukraine-Poland Economic Forum in Odesa on Tuesday, an Ukrinform correspondent reports.

According to him, the current volume of foreign direct investment from Poland reaches more than $800 million.

President Zelensky also called on Poles to implement as many joint infrastructure projects with the Ukrainian side as possible.

At the same time, the President announced that an "important document" on cooperation between the ports of Gdansk and Odesa would be signed today.

As reported, President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky and President of Poland Andrzej Duda participate in the Ukraine-Poland Economic Forum in Odesa.
