Alpari predicts slight decrease in exchange rate of hryvnia against dollar

This week the exchange rate of the hryvnia against the U.S. dollar is expected to decrease slightly; the cash dollar in banks can be traded at UAH 28.3/28.5, according to Alpari.
The company predicts that the dollar on the interbank market can be traded at about UAH 28.4 in a week, and the cash dollar in banks can be traded at about UAH 28.3/28.5.
Over the past week, the exchange rate of the U.S. dollar against the hryvnia rose slightly in all segments of the foreign exchange market by 0.3-0.4%.
Compared to last Monday, the official exchange rate of the U.S. dollar set by the NBU rose from UAH 28.17 to UAH 28.27 (+ 0.3%). According to UkrDealing, the demand/supply of the dollar on the interbank market increased from 28.23/28.25 to 28.31/28.33 (+ 0.3%) during the reporting period.
