Pavlo Tsuber, the head of the Automobile Road Service in Luhansk region, stated this at a briefing in Severodonetsk, an Ukrinform correspondent reported.
“More than 133 km of roads have already been built and reconstructed this year, including the Stanytsia Luhanska-Severodonetsk highway. Repairs of the highway between Starobilsk and Milove on the Ukrainian-Russian border have been launched, as well as the highway between Severodonetsk and Zolote, where an entry-exit checkpoint is scheduled to open in November,” Tsuber said.
According to him, it is planned to repair 200 km of roads. In total, Luhansk region has already received about UAH 4 billion for this year's road repairs. At the same time, the work is underway to attract additional funding, Tsuber said.
