Naftogaz secures 17% of revenues to state budget in January-August 2020

NJSC Naftogaz of Ukraine transferred UAH 92.5 billion of tax and dividend payments to the state budget in January-August 2020, according the company’s press service.
"In January-August 2020, a total amount of tax and dividend payments of Naftogaz Group to state and local budgets reached UAH 92.5 billion, (including UAH 39.6 billion of remaining dividends for 2019). Revenues from Naftogaz Group companies accounted for more than 17% of total state budget revenues in January-August 2020,” reads the report.
Naftogaz Group is the largest taxpayer in Ukraine. In 2019, the actual total amount of tax and dividend payments from the group, to the all levels of the budget, amounted to UAH 121.4 billion.
