NBU Council appoints Yaroslav Matuzka as deputy governor

The Council of the National Bank of Ukraine has appointed Yaroslav Matuzka as deputy governor of the central bank.

Chairman of the NBU Council Bohdan Danylyshyn wrote about this on Facebook.

"The Council of the National Bank of Ukraine has appointed Yaroslav Matuzka as Deputy NBU Governor,” Danylyshyn wrote.

As Ukrinform reported, the NBU Council dismissed Roman Borysenko from the post of Deputy NBU Governor on August 28, 2020. During his time in office, Roman Borysenko was in charge of the regulator’s financial, administrative, and operational functions.
