Ukraine, China discuss trade and economic partnership
According to the report, these issues were discussed during a video conference between Deputy Minister of Economic Development, Trade and Agriculture and Ukraine's Trade Representative Taras Kachka and Vice Minister of Commerce and Deputy China International Trade Representative Yu Jianhua.
The parties discussed mutually beneficial trade and economic partnership between Ukraine and the Government of the People's Republic of China.
The parties agreed to continue work on increasing trade in goods and services, exploring ways to liberalize trade, diversifying the range of bilateral trade by gaining access to the Chinese market for domestic products, identifying projects for joint implementation in agribusiness, infrastructure, energy, and energy conservation.
"The agreements reached will promote the further development of mutually beneficial trade and economic cooperation between our countries, increase contacts at the level of business representatives and ensure the implementation of joint initiatives," Kachka said.
