Zelensky outlines strengths of Kirovohrad region: IT, transport, land, food industry

Kirovohrad region has a strong potential and should develop the transport sector, food industry, mechanical engineering, instrument engineering, IT, as well as land resources.
“Kirovohrad region has a favorable geographical location and, therefore, good transport potential. It has very fertile lands and mineral resources, has a future in the food industry, mechanical engineering, instrument engineering, and IT. It is these strengths of the region that should be relied on. Together with the central authorities, these advantages should move the region and the whole country forward,” President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky said during the presentation of the Kirovohrad Region Development Strategy, an Ukrinform correspondent reports.
On August 27, President Zelensky makes a working trip to Kirovohrad region.
