Germany counts on progress in NBU's cooperation with IMF, Deutsche Bundesbank - embassy

Germany emphasizes the importance of the independence of the National Bank of Ukraine (NBU) and hopes for progress in the NBU's cooperation with Deutsche Bundesbank and the International Monetary Fund (IMF).
This issue was discussed at a meeting between German Ambassador to Ukraine Anka Feldhusen and NBU Governor Kyrylo Shevchenko, the German Embassy in Ukraine reported on Twitter.
"A good conversation with NBU Governor Kyrylo Shevchenko about the future of Ukraine's monetary policy. NBU independence remains essential for the further success of reforms. We hope for further progress in the NBU's cooperation with Deutsche Bundesbank and the International Monetary Fund," the embassy said.
