“The Verkhovna Rada has ratified the Memorandum and the Loan Agreement on receiving an exclusive macro-financial assistance worth EUR 1.2 billion from the EU. We are grateful to the MPs for their support. This decision will allow Ukraine to receive the first tranche worth EUR 600 million,” Prime Minister Denys Shmyhal wrote on his Telegram channel.
