UAH 666 M issued last week within Affordable Loans at 5-7-9% state program

“Authorized banks are dynamically increasing the loan portfolio under the program ‘Affordable Loans at 5-7-9%’. Last week, 207 new loan agreements worth UAH 666 million were concluded. In total, as of August 17, 2020, 2,198 loans totaling UAH 4.893 billion have already been issued,” the press service of the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine informs.

Last week, banks refinanced UAH 590 million and provided UAH 76.2 million in investment loans and working capital loans under the state program "Affordable Loans at 5-7-9%".

During this week, the program's investment loan portfolio increased by UAH 50.4 million. As of August 17, it amounts to UAH 921.228 million.

As noted, loans worth UAH 3.885 billion have already been refinanced and investment loans and working capital loans in the amount of UAH 1.007 billion have already been issued under the program.

“Under a special crisis response credit package of the program, which was introduced by the Government for the period of quarantine restrictions due to the global COVID-19pandemic, entrepreneurs have already received loans amounting to UAH 89.9 million,” reads the statement.

As noted, commercial banks are the leaders in the amount of agreements concluded under the "Affordable Loans at 5-7-9%" program.
