DCH, Chinese investors to jointly develop Motor Sich

Representatives of the DCH group, owned by Oleksandr Yaroslavsky, have reached an agreement with Chinese investors representing Skyrizon Aircraft Holdings Limited on the joint development of Motor Sich, according to a statement posted on the group's official website.

"Both parties will conduct comprehensive cooperation by carrying out joint activities to improve the Ukrainian aircraft industry and, in particular, Zaporizhia-based PJSC Motor Sich," the statement reads.

It notes that DCH has extensive experience in the restoration and modernization of industrial enterprises demonstrated by the stable operation of Kharkiv Tractor Plant, Dnipro Metallurgical Plant, and the Sukha Balka mine in Kryvyi Rih.

DCH has built and effectively administered a modern airport in Kharkiv. DCH is also participating in a project to build a new airport in Dnipro as a private investor in the airport complex.
