Ukraine's international reserves grew by more than USD 3 billion in June, according to Prime Minister Denys Shmyhal.
“Ukraine’s international reserves grew by more than USD 3 billion in June. Now they amount to more than USD 28.5 billion. This is the highest level of reserves in the last eight years. Current reserves cover almost five months of imports, and this is one of the key factors of macro-financial stability,” Shmyhal wrote on his Facebook page.
A reminder that the National Bank of Ukraine earlier stated that as of May 1, Ukraine’s international reserves grew by 3.1% compared with March, which is equivalent to almost USD 0.8 billion.
