Another bank joins NBU BankID system

JSC Concord Bank has joined the BankID remote identification system of the National Bank of Ukraine (NBU), the central bank’s press service has written on Facebook.

“Congratulations to the customers of Concord bank! They now will be able to get the remote access to financial, administrative and commercial services through the portals of connected customers – service providers,” reads the statement.

The system now includes 42 participants: 18 banks (Forward Bank, Pivdennyi Bank, First Ukrainian International Bank, Monobank (Universal Bank), Oschadbank, Kredobank, Radabank, Motor-Bank, Vostok Bank, Idea Bank, Alliance Bank, A-Bank, Alfa-Bank Ukraine, PrivatBank, OTP Bank, Asvio Bank, Accordbank, and Concord Bank) and 24 non-bank institutions (service portals).

As Ukrinform reported, the National Bank launched the BankID project in 2015. The NBU owns the system and regulates the relations between participants of the system. Ukrainian banks, government agencies and commercial enterprise can connect to the NBU BankID system free of charge.
