This comes from a report by the National Bank of Poland on the balance of payments for the fourth quarter of 2019, according to Puls Biznesu.
"Transfers to Ukraine continued to predominate in the geographical structure. It was PLN 3.4 billion, or 86% of all funds [transferred from Poland abroad]," the statement reads.
According to the statement, this is PLN 300 million (almost $77 million) less than in the fourth quarter of 2018.
In total, in the fourth quarter of 2019, foreigners transferred PLN 3.9 billion ($1 billion) from Poland abroad, or PLN 200 million (over $51 million) less than in the fourth quarter of 2018.
