Ukravtodor launches road repair activities in 18 regions

The State Road Agency of Ukraine (Ukravtodor) has launched road maintenance activities at 118 sites in 18 regions of Ukraine.
“Repair and construction works at 118 sites are underway in 18 regions of the country," the press service of Ukravtodor wrote on its Facebook page.
The agency added that road maintenance activities at 100 sites are financed by the State Road Fund and works at other sites are carried out using loan funds as part of Ukravtodor cooperation with international financial institutions.
As Ukrinform reported, the Cabinet of Ministers on January 16, 2020 approved the Road Strategy for 2020, which envisages a large-scale road construction in Ukraine. According to the strategy, this year Ukravtodor intends to repair 4,000 km of roads of national importance and 2,500 km of local roads.
