Ukrposhta gets UAH 600 mln in net profit for 2019

"According to the latest data, Ukrposhta received UAH 600 million as net profit in 2019. During this period, the company's net sales revenue is UAH 8.2 billion, which is 20.6% more than in 2018," the statement reads.

As in previous years, Ukrposhta continued to increase the provision of services. Last year, the export of postal items delivered by the company doubled compared to 2018.

The number of direct transport destinations has almost doubled in the past four years – from 81 in 2016 to 146 in 2019.

The company also significantly increased income from the lease of non-commercial premises. In 2019, Ukrposhta expects to receive UAH 69 million from this activity, or UAH 58 million more than in 2016.

Ukrposhta recorded losses of UAH 535 million in 2018.
