Ukraine expects to gather about 65-70 mln t of grain harvest in 2020

The projected grain harvest for 2020 is about 65-70 million tonnes, Deputy Minister of Economic Development, Trade and Agriculture Taras Vysotskyi has said.
"Weather conditions are favorable for grain crops. A balanced yield forecasting for 2020 is in the range of 65-70 million tonnes," he wrote on Facebook.
As Ukrinform reported, in 2019, Ukrainian farmers harvested 75.2 million tonnes of grain and leguminous crops.
Ukraine plans to export about 54 million tonnes of grain.
