Ministry for Communities: 23 regions of Ukraine 100% provided with heat supply

As of December 23, 2019, 23 regions of Ukraine have been 100% connected to the winter heating system, according to the Ministry for Communities and Territories Development.
"As of December 23, according to the regional and Kyiv city state administrations, 23 regions and the city of Kyiv were 100% provided with central heating," the report says.
In Svitlovodsk, Kirovohrad region, three residential buildings are not heated. Estimated connection term is December 23.
