Director General of IRENA to attend Renewable Energy Investment Forum in Kyiv

Director General of the International Renewable Energy Agency (IRENA) Francesco La Camera will pay an official visit to Ukraine for the first time, the press service of the State Agency on Energy Efficiency and Energy Saving has reported.
"Director-General of IRENA Francesco La Camera intends to visit Ukraine for the first time and participate in the X International Renewable Energy Investment Forum on November 28," reads the report.
Organizers of the forum have also invited government officials, representatives of relevant ministries, international organizations, domestic and foreign players in the renewable energy market.
As Ukrinform reported, Ukraine became a member of the International Renewable Energy Agency in 2018. In total, 160 countries are members of the agency.
