Deposit Guarantee Fund last week sold insolvent banks' assets worth UAH 81 mln

The Deposit Guarantee Fund last week sold insolvent banks' assets worth UAH 81.33 million, the fund's press service reported.
“Last week (September 30-October 4) the assets of 17 banks, which are in the management of the Fund, were sold for UAH 81.33 million,” the report says.
In particular, UAH 22.05 million was received from the repayment of fund creditors' claims and UAH 57.94 million from the sale of main banks' assets. Also, UAH 0.10 million was obtained from the direct sale of banks’ property, UAH 1.02 million from the sale of accounts receivables, UAH 0.21 million from the sale of securities, corporate rights, and UAH 0.01 million from the sale of coins, bank metals.
As Ukrinform reported, the Deposit Guarantee Fund last week planned to sell insolvent banks' assets for a total sum of UAH 1.6 billion.
