Infrastructure Ministry intends to divide Ukrzaliznytsia into three companies

Infrastructure Minister Vladyslav Krykliy has stated about plans to divide PJSC Ukrzaliznytsia (Ukrainian Railways) into three operators.
“We plan to create three companies separate from Ukrzaliznytsia... We are developing a bill jointly with parliamentarians,” Krykliy said in an interview with Radio Svoboda.
According to the minister, one operator will oversee the access to infrastructure - capital investments in support, operation, development of the network, the second operator will be responsible for passenger traffic, and the third one will deal with freight traffic.
