We are starting negotiations, and they will continue until September 24. We want our colleagues from the IMF to leave Kyiv with a preliminary agreement at the technical level to launch a new program at the end of the year. This task will be completed," Honcharuk said at a briefing after a government meeting on Wednesday.
He is sure that problematic issues, including those related to PrivatBank, will not be a stumbling block to negotiations with the IMF.
