Currency liberalization should be completed in 2020 - Honcharuk

Prime Minister Oleksiy Honcharuk has stated that full currency liberalization in Ukraine should be prepared in 2019 and fully completed in 2020.
He said this at a meeting with representatives of the Verkhovna Rada, Cabinet of Ministers and law enforcement agencies at the President's Office, an Ukrinform correspondent reported.
“This year, comprehensive systemic reforms must be fully prepared, which we then should launch and finish next year. It is a full currency liberalization, it is very important for the free movement of capital,” Honcharuk said.
The prime minister stressed that currency liberalization would protect investment “so that investments could flow here”.
