Czech RegioJet plans to launch direct route to Ukraine

RegioJet, a private Czech rail carrier, plans to launch a direct night route to Ukraine next June.
“The private Czech carrier RegioJet plans to launch a direct night train from Ukraine to the Czech Republic starting from June 2020. The train will run from Prague to the town of Mostyska in Lviv region, from which passengers will be able to get to Lviv by bus,” iDnes reports.
Trains will run only eight kilometers across Ukraine with the total distance of more than 700 kilometers. Rail link via Ostrava, Krakow or Jaroslaw is expected to be completed at the border station Mostyska-2.
The train will run once a day in each direction. It will depart from Prague at 22:10 and arrive in Mostyska at 9:30.
