Naftogaz secures 16.3% of revenues to state budget in seven months

Ukraine's Naftogaz paid UAH 70.6 billion to the state budget in the first seven months of 2019, which was 16.3% of the gross revenues of the state budget, the company's press service has told Ukrinform.
"According to available data, in January-July 2019, the enterprises of the Naftogaz Group paid about UAH 70.6 billion in taxes and fees to state and local budgets. Revenues from the enterprises of the Naftogaz Group accounted for 16.3% of the total state budget revenues for the seven months of 2019," the report reads.
The Naftogaz Group remains the largest taxpayer in Ukraine.
In 2018, the actual aggregate amount of the group's tax and dividend payments to the budgets of all levels reached UAH 137.8 billion.
