Ukraine’s gas reserves increased by 2.3 bcm in July – Naftogaz

In July 2019, Ukraine increased gas reserves in underground gas storage facilities by 2.3 billion cubic meters, the press service of NJSC Naftogaz of Ukraine has reported.
"Ukraine continues to accumulate gas in underground gas storage facilities to go through the next heating season. In July, gas volumes in underground storage facilities increased by 2.3 billion cubic meters. They amounted to 15.9 billion cubic meters, which is 3 billion cubic meters more compared to the last year," the report says.
As reported, NJSC Naftogaz of Ukraine plans to accumulate about 20 billion cubic meters of gas to ensure the stable heating season of 2019-2020.
