Deposit Guarantee Fund last week sold insolvent banks' assets worth almost UAH 61 mln

The Deposit Guarantee Fund last week sold insolvent banks' assets worth UAH 60.79 million, the fund's press service reports.
“Last week the assets of 18 banks, which are in the management of the Fund, were sold for UAH 60.79 million,” the report says.
In particular, UAH 27.87 million was received from the repayment of fund creditors' claims, UAH 32.70 million from the sale of main banks' assets. Also, UAH 0.21 million was obtained from the direct sale of banks’ property, UAH 4.15 thousand from the sale of coins and metals, and UAH 4.14 thousand from the sale of accounts receivables.
As Ukrinform reported, the Deposit Guarantee Fund last week planned to sell insolvent banks' assets for a total sum of UAH 3.3 billion.
