Over one mln active companies operate in Ukraine - Petrenko

The minister said this during the official presentation of a new e-service for the registration of a limited liability company, an Ukrinform correspondent reported.

"In Ukraine, there are 1.2 million active companies, legal entities, including 600,000 limited liability companies. These companies are mostly representatives of medium-sized businesses that have employees. We´ve given them the opportunities not only register a new company, but also to switch to any existing, operating limited liability company in electronic format," said Petrenko.

He also named online services that are now popular among users. In particular, according to him, this is e-registration of individual entrepreneurs, sms-mayak service and registration of public organizations.
