Large taxpayers declare over UAH 10 bln of VAT in May 2019

The payers of the Large Taxpayers' Office of the State Fiscal Service declared UAH 10.4 billion of value added tax (VAT) for May 2019, according to the press service of the Large Taxpayers' Office.
“The VAT declaration campaign for May 2019 completed. 1,500 business entities of the Large Taxpayers' Office declared UAH 10.4 billion of value added tax, which is 56.4% of the total VAT charges in Ukraine,” reads the report.
It is noted that VAT charges in May 2019 grew by UAH 1.3 billion, or by 15%, compared with May 2018. At the same time, this year volumes of taxable transactions across Ukraine decreased by 0.6% compared with the year 2018.
