Ukraine receives GlobalCapital’s award

The GlobalCapital Bond Awards have been awarded for the 12th year in a row and is the main award on the international bond market. The winners are determined by questioning participants in the international capital market, which means that they reflect the opinion of the market itself.

“We are very pleased with this recognition from the participants in the international capital market. Despite the fact that the past year was very difficult for emerging markets, Ukraine managed to place bonds worth $2 billion. We remain responsible borrower and demonstrate success in public debt management. I would especially like to thank Yuriy Butsa, whose professional work is recognized by the international community and not only contributes to the financial success of Ukraine but also improves our image in the international environment," said Finance Minister Oksana Markarova.
