NBU reissues another general license for currency transactions

The National Bank of Ukraine has reissued the general license for currency transactions of FC Golden Group LLC, the central bank’s press service has reported.
“On May 21, 2019, the National Bank of Ukraine decided to reissue the general license for currency transactions of FC Golden Group LLC. The company has become the 16th participant in the currency exchange market, which has received licenses to conduct currency transactions in line with the Law of Ukraine ‘On Currency and Currency Operations,” the report says.
As reported, the National Bank provided an opportunity for simplified re-registration of general licenses for currency transactions for new licenses to all participants in the currency exchange market. To do this, nonbank financial institutions must submit a package of documents and return the previous general license.
