Government program provides for linking all regional centers of Ukraine with high-quality roads by 2021

"You know that our program provides for linking all regional centers with each other by 2021. In fact, we have 2019, 2020, 2021 ahead to perform this task. We move according to the parameters that we have set ourselves," Groysman told journalists, while inspecting the repair works on a section of M-06 Kyiv-Odesa highway, an Ukrinform correspondent reports.

As for Kyiv-Odesa highway, the PM noted, it was completed in 2003 but did not have proper care. Therefore, it was almost destroyed over that time. To date, enough resources have been allocated for it. In 2019, it is planned to put into operation about 45 kilometers of repaired highway. Repair works are carried out entirely at the expense of international financial organizations.

The repair of other roads in Ukraine is also underway, Groysman noted.
