PM Groysman: Government to try to diversify market of petroleum products

The Government of Ukraine will look for a solution to further diversify the market of petroleum products and reduce dependence on Belarus and Russia in this field.
“Our market is quite diversified, but we, of course, still somewhat depend on Belarus, for example. We will find a solution that will allow us to get out of the situation with minimal losses. It is not an easy task, but we will solve it,” Prime Minister of Ukraine Volodymyr Groysman said at the TV program “Freedom of Speech” on ICTV channel, an Ukrinform correspondent reports.
As reported, the Russian Federation banned the export of oil and petroleum products to Ukraine last week. A few days ago, the Belarusian Oil Company temporarily restricted the export of petroleum products due to the deterioration of oil quality.
